Member Levels
We have three levels of membership:
1. Member
For internal or independent learning practitioners.
To apply for Member level, applicants need to provide evidence of the following:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent/higher qualification)
- Currently employed in a learning/training and development, education or related role
If you have three or more learning practitioners in your organisation interested in joining ILP, please contact us for information on our Group Discounts.
2. Fellow
For learning practitioners who have made a significant contribution to the learning and development industry and/or ILP.
To apply for Fellow level, applicants need to provide evidence of five or more of the following:
- Minimum ten years in the learning and development industry (CV)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
- Post graduate qualifications
- Relevant accreditation/s (e.g. PC Certification, MBTI, TMS, etc)
- Executive or senior management experience
- Published articles
- Two client testimonials
- International facilitation, consulting or speaking experience
3. Associate
For individuals living outside Australia or students.
To apply for Associate level, applicants need to provide evidence of at least two of the following:
- Active interest in learning and development
- Ongoing support of learning and development activities and programs
- Undertaking vocational and/or industry recognised qualifications
