Centre of Excellence

The Centre of Excellence for Learning Transfer has been set up by the Institute to:
  • encourage and share research into learning transfer
  • create tools and processes to enhance learning transfer
  • work with consultants and organisations to improve learning transfer and effectiveness.

One of the key initiatives of the Centre will be to make available a searchable ‘Drivers of Learning Transfer’ database. This database will be a massive bibliography of articles, research papers, dissertations, presentations and books related to factors that influence learning transfer and effectiveness.

The database comprises information that has been accessed by the Institute in developing our expertise. It is a valuable source of information for anyone wanting to conduct research or extend their knowledge in this area.
