The Future Challenges Competition Analysis shows that the top five common challenges that emerged from competition respondents for 2012 are;

  1. Keeping engagment / interest from participants and trainers
  2. Time management / workload management and resulting work / life balanace issues
  3. Budget cuts and restrictions and their effect on training provision
  4. Keeping up to date as a trainer and looking at own professional development
  5. Adapting training to online methodology and using 'new' technology to deliver training
