ILP’s Credit Card Security Policy
ILP uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.
All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments. This offers the following benefits:
- Payments are fully automated with an immediate response
- Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by ILP or any outside party
- All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate
- All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data
- eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks
- eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by ILP

Credit card details may be stored in hard copy documents. ILP is committed to ensuring that credit card details are held securely. ILP will take reasonable steps to protect the credit card details it holds from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modifications and disclosure by adopting the following practices:
- ensuring that credit card details are stored in a secure and protected manner such as locked filing cabinets;
- where possible, removing any credit card details from ILP networked computers;
- ensuring that appropriate staff only have access to credit card details; and
- ensuring information is transferred securely (for example, not transmitting credit card details via e-mail).
