About ILP

The Institute was originally founded in 2006 and has grown rapidly since then. We now have more than 750 members and look forward to continued healthy growth based on positive word of mouth. 

As our name indicates, the Institute is for everyone in the learning and development community, including Course Designers, Instructors, Trainers, Facilitators, Coaches, and Learning & Development Managers.

As the “ILP” we are able to offer a broad range of services and benefits to ALL learning practitioners and have developed a reputation for being innovative, for setting new standards in professional development, and for being highly responsive to the needs of our members.
